Performance Characteristics
The DDW-1100/320 main unit uses a self-propelled crawler design. It is powered by four Dongfeng Cummins 563 kW Stage III engines, delivering strong power and high reliability. The main hydraulic system uses closed-loop proportional control for high efficiency and energy savings, ensuring the safety and service life of both rotary and pull-back motors even in complex ground conditions and high-load operations. The rotation system uses Poclain low-speed high-torque motors with direct drive — no reducer or separate cooling system — making the system simpler, more reliable, and more efficient. The auxiliary system uses load-sensing proportional control.
The rig is modular in design, with major components that can be split for transport and reassembled on site, solving overweight transport issues. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC system with advanced human-machine interface. All major hydraulic and electrical components use internationally renowned brands for stable performance and low failure rates.
