Performance Characteristics
- All major hydraulic components — including hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves — are original imported parts.
- The diesel engines use well-known joint-venture brands, delivering strong power and reliable performance.
- The main unit is a crawler-chassis driven design with self-contained power for easy site transfer, equipped with a 5T hydraulic crane.
- Rotation uses piston-motor and reducer drive, providing high speed and high torque. A spindle floating breakout device is included.
- The feed mechanism uses gear and rack transmission, with both feed force and pull-back force rated at 6000 kN.
- Both rotation and feed systems use closed-loop circuits with multi-speed infinitely variable adjustment for accurate, reliable, and efficient operation.
- The clamp uses a closed-loop three-jaw design with high clamping force and can travel along the full length of the mast.
- The auxiliary system uses advanced pressure-feedback electro-hydraulic proportional control for high efficiency and energy savings.
