The DGZ150 series multi-functional drilling rig is a key piece of equipment for tunnel advanced exploration. It is primarily used for tunnel advance pilot holes, geological analysis, core sampling, forepoling umbrella arch support, slope anchoring, tunnel rescue, municipal anchoring, foundation pit support, and similar applications.
Product Features
Advanced Geological Prediction: Equipped with an MWD (Measurement While Drilling) system that automatically collects and analyzes borehole data to map ground conditions ahead of the tunnel face. The wireline coring system delivers fast coring speed (1.5–5 m/h) with intact core recovery for rapid tunnel geological exploration.
Automatic Drilling Control: The rig uses automatic drilling control technology to maximize equipment efficiency. High automation with simple operation reduces the reliance on operator experience.
High Construction Safety: Wireless remote control allows flexible operation positions and eliminates blind spots. Ergonomic design with a clear, reliable human-machine interface reduces errors. An optional water-inrush prevention system lowers the risk of sudden water or mud inflow during tunneling.
High Drilling Efficiency: The fully hydraulic rotary-percussion head offers multiple rotation and impact gear ranges, adapting to a wide range of rock formations with drilling speeds of 20–50 m/h or higher.
High-Altitude Adaptability (high-altitude model only): Engineered for plateau environments, the rig operates efficiently at altitudes up to 4,500 m and temperatures from -25°C to 50°C.
