CMS1-2200/45 Underground Deep Hole Drilling Rig

This mining deep hole drilling vehicle is a tracked drilling equipment that balances passability, flexibility, and construction capability. It is suitable for applications where underground tunnel space is limited, transitions are frequent, and construction tasks are relatively continuous. The rig adopts a modular structure design with a maximum width of about 900 mm and a minimum ground clearance of 200 mm. It is self-propelled by tracks and can adapt to 25° climbing conditions, meeting transport, water exploration, gas extraction, and other drilling operations in small and medium-sized mines and complex roadway conditions.

The equipment adopts a double column and four support load-bearing chassis, maintaining good operational stability on sloped surfaces or complex ground. The hydraulic system is equipped with dual cooling devices to effectively control oil temperature rise, improve system efficiency, and extend the service life of hydraulic components. The azimuth and tilt angle adjustment uses a heavy-duty hydraulic rotary support, supporting 360° horizontal rotation and ±90° pitch adjustment for no dead-angle, multi-directional drilling. The main guide rail can achieve forward extension and contraction, providing high adaptability to construction environments with cross belts or obstacles.

The hydraulic system adopts a linked integrated control valve, simplifying operating handles and reducing the difficulty for new operators. The rotor uses a through-hole structure that supports extension of drill rods in the middle or rear, improving drilling efficiency. The integrated anti-slip and loosening floating function of the propulsion system reduces the risk of drill pipe damage during large-angle operations. This model is a conventional main configuration for underground drilling operations, especially for customers with high requirements for equipment passability, construction pace, and comprehensive utilization efficiency.

Typical applications include: coal mine water detection, gas drainage, pressure relief drilling, water injection, and geological exploration. The rig can be selected according to roadway size, drilling depth, borehole diameter, drilling angle, rock conditions, and available power supply, making it suitable for narrow underground roadways, gate roadways, and heading faces where multi-angle drilling and narrow-space access are required.
