Drilling Rig CMS1-1600/37 Compact Underground Deep-Hole

This compact underground drilling rig is built for narrow roadways and low-clearance mine workings. Its tracked chassis is only about 800 mm wide, making it suitable for sites where a standard underground mining drilling rig cannot pass. It supports multi-angle drilling for mine water detection, gas drainage, pressure relief holes, water injection holes, and other underground drilling tasks.

The rig is a self-propelled crawler with strong passability and flexibility, meeting climbing requirements of up to 25°. The host can rotate horizontally 360° and vertically ±90° on the platform, allowing drill holes in all directions. The host can be lifted and lowered with a lifting oil cylinder. This model continues the integrated design concept of tracked deep-hole drilling rigs, taking into account equipment mobility, construction adaptability, and on-site operation convenience.

Compared to traditional drilling methods, tracked structures significantly improve equipment transfer efficiency, reduce manual handling and auxiliary preparation time, and enable teams to complete core construction tasks within limited operating time. The multi-functional capability allows the equipment to adapt to various hole construction requirements, improve equipment utilization, and reduce resource dispersion caused by single-scene equipment investment.
